Hypermarcas Taps Fischer

To facilitate its restructuring efforts, Hypermarcas has hired Nicholas Fischer, a German national, as president of its consumer division, which markets personal care brands such as Monange, Bozzano and Risqué. Prior to this appointment, Fischer was chief executive of Nivea in Brazil for six years. Hypermarcas has struggled for the past few years, culminating in the sale of some of its assets in 2011.
